This treatment series is customized for each individual to address pigmentation, dryness, laxity, and/or fine lines and wrinkles. Each treatment in this series is designed to create micro-channels into the skin infusing the deepest layers with targeted vitamins and stem cell growth factors to achieve maximum results.
Includes our award winning Celluma LED Light Therapy to speed the healing process, lighten pigmentation and encourage collagen synthesis. Clients are typically red for 2-5 days depending on how aggressive we treat the skin. Makeup cannot be applied for 48 hours post treatment, however LIRA Clinical's BB Cream and other tinted moisturizers with SPF are a great alternative to makeup! Includes aftercare skincare kit!

Nano-needling is the little sister to micro-needling. A less invasive treatment that provides amazing results without needing to numb the skin first and leaves you with ZERO redness, only incredible glow. This nano facial treatment refreshes, restores, and renews your skin using Nanotechnology to temporarily create micro-channels in the skin’s surface, allowing products and nutrients to be deeply penetrated to the dermal layer where collagen stimulation happens. It increases hydration by plumping the cells, minimizes fine lines and wrinkles, improves tone and texture, and tightens the skin. This type of Nano Infusion generates a 30-day collagen production increase.

These results are undeniable! AND only 30 days post treatment. After several rounds of microneedling, we plan to do plasma fibroblast to tighten even further, but it is quite possible that after her series of microneedling treatments, she will feel satisfied with her progress and pass on plasma fibroblast.
Most anyone can have this microneedling procedure performed as long as they do not have any active infections, lesions, or any known wound healing problems.

Microneedling is typically performed in a series of four to six sessions, spaced about a month apart.
The micro needles are inserted deeper at each subsequent session, as the skin becomes thicker and can tolerate it.
During the procedure, a topical anesthetic is applied and then a penlike tool is used to insert tiny stainless steel needles into the skin to cause microinjuries or channels. The idea is that the micro damage caused by the needles encourages your body to send fibroblast cells (our bodies healing soldiers) to make collagen and repair itself.
Once numbed, you will find the procedure quite comfortable. Depending on how deep we go will determine how long your skin will look pink after the treatment, but typically 2-3 days.
No makeup for 24-48 hours and of course staying out of the sun is super important to prevent sun damage and the reversal of collagen production. For those that want a little camouflage, I highly recommend my Lira Clinical BB Cream. It is my favorite anti-aging SPF, breathable tinted moisturizer.
Had Microneedling before, but weren't happy?
First off, how many treatments did you have? This is a biggie. Think of going to an early morning boot-camp session. You go once, feel good, and then never go back. Would you expect the same results as someone who completed a full 60 day p90x challenge?! THIS IS EXACTLY THE SAME THING! Going for one visit is an injustice to the treatment itself and your wallet. With how collagen is stimulated, it takes roughly 30 days to see the gorgeous new stuff to come to the surface, which means you wouldn’t see much before you would be due for your second visit. And EVERYONE needs at least 4 treatments. Why? It is a minute amount of visible progression from just one treatment, but when you get a cumulative effect, it is measurable and noticeable. The only clients I allow to receive one treatment have done a series before and are doing it as maintenance. RED FLAG IF YOUR TECH TELLS YOU ONE TREATMENT WILL GET YOU RESULTS!
Yes, this is important. Micro-needling creates a small highway for products to go from the top of your skin to a depth where they can really create some action. We apply hyaluronic acid and human growth stem cells when doing our microneedling treatments, but that’s literally one day out of 30. You aren’t doing anything?! Well that treatment wasn’t much help for your skin then. YOU MUST BE DOING SOMETHING! Products like Lira Clinical's PRO Retinol nighttime treatment repairs loss elasticity on its own, but imagine it combined with the micro-needling treatment – it makes it like a bodybuilder on juice (without the weird mood swings and body acne). Don’t judge a treatment unless you give it your all, and products are included!
Like anything out there, you gotta do your research. Research on the location, the technician, the treatment itself, and reviews from others. Are there before and after pictures of past micro needling clients?
