With more than 21 years of experience in advanced skincare and aesthetic treatments, Tennille Hash is a highly skilled Paramedical Aesthetician, devoted wife, mother of two, and lifelong Pacific Northwest resident. In 2005, Tennille fulfilled her dream of becoming a Licensed Aesthetician. Shortly thereafter, she became one of Washington State’s first certified Lash Artists and Sugaring Specialists. Driven by a passion for helping people feel confident in their own skin, she immersed herself in advanced education early in her career and continues to pursue ongoing professional training every month. Today, Tennille holds more than 40 advanced certifications in treatments including chemical peels, SkinPen microneedling, dermaplaning, plasma fibroblast, cold plasma technology, acne management, rosacea, melasma, scar revision, and age-management therapies. Her commitment to education allows her to provide clients with the latest evidence-based treatments and technologies available in the aesthetics industry. Tennille’s career flourished quickly. In 2010, she opened and successfully operated her own salon and day spa, where she recruited, trained, mentored, and managed a team of estheticians, massage therapists, hairstylists, and nail technicians. Helping other professionals grow their careers became one of her greatest accomplishments. After many successful years as a spa owner, Tennille chose to simplify her business and focus exclusively on her true passion: delivering personalized, results-driven skincare treatments. She continually invests in advanced education, researches emerging technologies, and stays current on the latest skincare innovations to ensure her clients receive the highest standard of care. Today, Tennille specializes in advanced medical-grade skin treatments performed under the supervision of a Medical Director. She is passionate about educating her clients, creating customized treatment plans, and helping each person achieve healthier, more confident skin.
